Vitamins
With the stressors of busy everyday lives and decreasing valuable nutrients in our modern, western diet it is not unusual for us to be deficient in the 3 main vitamin groups our bodies require to function optimally. Taking over the counter supplements every day can be inconvenient, costly, and many people are unaware that oral supplements simply do not deliver the levels of vitamins we need via the digestive system. Vitamin injections are a quick, convenient, affordable way to look after your body from the inside out. All vitamin injections are administered by our Registered Nurse in clinic.

Vitamim B12 Injections
B12 is an essential vitamin the human body requires to function, and a lack of B12 can be responsible for multiple health issues. Feeling 'run down', lethargic, suffering sleep issues or mouth ulcers, consuming a vegan/vegetarian diet and lack of absorption due to advancing age can all be additional indicators/risk factors for low B12 levels. Some of the key benefits of B12 injections, when injected (bypassing the digestive system and vastly increasing absorption) include:
Increased energy levels
Improved mood
Better quality sleep
Boosted immunity
Increased metabolism which could contribute to controlled weight loss.
When administered as a course of prescribed injections, B12 levels can be maintained, resulting in overall improvements in our health. For more information please enquire with our Nurse.

Vitamin C Injections
Vitamin C plays a significant role in
boosting the immune system. Most of us associate Vitamin C with helping to protect against viruses and common illnesses, however its benefits extend beyond this. Vitamin C increases Collagen production (particularly helpful if you have other Collagen boosting treatments!) and helps promote healthy, glowing skin.
Vitamin C also improves the skins appearance by reducing dark spots and inhibiting melanin. This vitamin is a powerful antioxidant which also protects against UV damage and free radicals. Vitamin C also assists in wound healing. Vitamin C injections bypass the digestive system, resulting in significantly higher delivery and absorption in comparison to oral supplements. Furthermore, for people with anaemia/iron deficiency, Vitamin C is known to increase iron absorption in the body.

Vitamin D Injections
Vitamin D is essential in maintaining muscular and skeletal health, can prevent osteoporosis and support a robust immune system. Direct delivery into the bloodstream ensures the body is able to absorb a much higher volume than oral supplements.
Cognitive function can be improved, and people with Vitamin D deficiencies often report 'brain fog' or memory issues. Maintaining Vitamin D levels can also help to combat cardiovascular issues by regulating blood pressure and blood sugar.
